A compact villa prototype within a row house project in Coimbatore, with each site spanning 1200 square feet. Our floor plan is meticulously designed to optimize natural light and ventilation. The villa boasts a striking aesthetic with concrete-textured walls and brick cladding, evoking a raw and industrial appeal. The cantilevered first floor, coupled with a reduction in mass on the ground floor, lends an air of lightness and elegance to the entire structure.
